Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we can only accept returns under certain circumstances.

Missing from your order
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the packaging

4. Return Authorization
Do not return any item without first contacting Luxe & Loom.
All returns require prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow:
3–5 business days for inspection and processing
5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund
Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing or fulfillment.
Because Luxe & Loom operates using a dropshipping model, orders are often transmitted to suppliers shortly after purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Luxe & Loom is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

We may assist in filing carrier claims where appropriate but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
9. Shipping Delays

Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases and may be contested with supporting order and delivery documentation.
