Luxe & Loom operates as a dropshipping business. Products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfillment centers.

 

As a result:

 

Products in the same order may arrive separately.

Packaging may differ between products.

Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location and inventory availability.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

 

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

 

We may assist customers in filing carrier claims when appropriate but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.

Photographs of the damaged item

Photographs of packaging

Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.
